This BOMI International course is required for the RPA®, FMA®, and SMA® designation programs.

This course is approved for 30 GBCI CE Hours towards the LEED® Credential Maintenance Program.

Instructor Information:

Mr. Todd Hancock is a Managing Partner of ELS Landscape LLC in Dallas, TX that specializes in Environmental Landscape Services. ELS Landscape is a leading member of the EPA's Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program. The company is exploring new strategies in to facilitate Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Mr. Hancock’s company is also currently assisting a current Fortune top 5 company, as well as other large companies, in ways to maximize both curb appeal and environmental stewardship.

As well as these duties, Mr. Todd Hancock holds several licenses and is an approved Texas Real Estate Commission MCE instructor for Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Credits . Mr. Todd Hancock is a certified BOMI instructor since 2001. Mr. Todd Hancock has presented many BOMI courses nationally and internationally for BOMI.

Before Starting ELS Landscape LLC, Mr. Todd Hancock has over 20 years of relevant industry experience. He has worked in Facilities Management for industries like Hospitals, Data Centers and Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, he worked 9 years as a Water Treatment Chemical Engineer providing products and consulting services to companies requiring wastewater, process water and potable water management.

Mr. Hancock is a Graduate of Texas State Technical College.
