The Memphis Medical District is buzzing with activity and optimism celebrating with exciting sights and sounds of construction which are part of daily life. From planning and providing capital large-scale projects to working with small scale developers, they provide tools and services that help to transform ideas into funded projects.

For years, this was a forgotten neighborhood sandwiched by growth in the Medical District and the vibrant Downtown Core. Now all eyes are now on “The Edge District” as businesses like High Cotton Brewery, Edge Alley, Premiere Palace, and restaurants on Madison like the Trolley Stop and Evelyn & Olive have all become Downtown staples. In 2018, the Edge saw several mixed-use projects, cultural attractions, office, and retail offerings break ground or open their doors.
